Happy Hop Day! I have created tags for this month's hop...here they are:
First up, Tag It #12, stamped in Simply Chartreuse, layered over Limitless Layers 1 3/4 black card stock, layered over Tag Sale #2 stamped with Background Basics Gingham in Simply Charteuse! Sponged edges with SC, added buttons of the same color, bow of black seam binding and tied with a bit of skinny black ribbon.
This second tag is Tag Sale #4, stamped with Mehndi Medallion in Smokey Shadow, edges sponged with Simply Chartreuse and then black jute glued around the embossed edge, with black seam binding and a SC button tied with jute.
Thanks for looking...have fun on the hop!

Berry Good Friends
Happy Sunday, blog friends!
With the wedding only weeks away, time is tight to get a word in...but today, I want to share a card that is going to some good friends of ours that we got to spend the day with on Saturday.

This is made with PTI's Strawberry Patch and Strawberry Patch Sentiments, along with a couple of Tiny Tags thrown in. Just love how easily this card came together...some Lilybee Double Dutch paper and Cherry Cobler seam binding ribbon from SU, and there it is!
Well, Sam's calling me to dinner, so we'll talk again soon!

A Couple of Cards for You...
Hello again,
It is getting to be the end of the semester, and lots of activities to keep up with, so not much blogging time lately! Sorry for the delay! As I mentioned before, my son is graduating on May 24, so I thought a card of congratulations was in order:
I used Papertrey Ink stamps for the scene, and Stampin' Up! for the sentiment. I hand-drew the mortar board, cut it out, popped it up on a pop dot, and added twine as a tassle. The balloons are made from the Tiny Tags sets, and popped up as well.
Next up, I recently went to the birthday dinner of an old, dear friend...hmmmm, that doesn't sound right does it?! Anyway, we have known each other since high school, and I am NOT going to tell you how long ago THAT was ;-)
This is the card I gave her - with a Starbuck's gift card tucked inside, yum! I used PTI stamps on this one as well, with digital paper from iralamijashop, and crinkle ribbon from Memriemare. Love those Etsy shops!!
Well, it has been a very busy weekend, and I need a little stamp time, so I will get busy, 'cause that is one of the little things that makes me smile!
Hugs,
Lynda
